Old friend and Business Ethics

Today on of my formal colleague visited our shop. I haven't seen her for almost a year. She used to work as a quality control staff at the factory. Now she also resigned and is studying her master at Chiang Mai University.

We had a pleasant chat, she needed my help for her report on exporting fresh fruits to China. After the work was done we talked about our old company. In my up to date life I have worked for a few companies, around 3 to be exact. The number is more or less depends on each person. For me it was fair. Some left good memories and friends the other were sour especially the departing point.

What is business ethic? Should an ex-employee be restrict from the business for years? Is it wrong for them to open their own business in the similar field of business? what is profession? Athletes can be transfer from team to team. Can't an accountant open a small accounting firm?

Well I guess it is rely on each persons judgement. For me it is in the middle, if that ex-employee goes to a direct competitor then they are wrong. If they try to pull a customer from they formal employer that is also wrong. but if they try to start their small business how much harm could they do to a establish firm?

Well I may be just trying to pull out some reasons to compensate my regretting feelings?

By the way my friend was as shy as usual.

Chained Rabbit

Today went again another busy day. Honestly i got off quite a slow start, rushed to pay my wife insurance then to the printing company to finalize the shops postcard, drop by the dorm to re-correct some account mistake. Then went to pick us some chili and submitted it for inspection, sadly was lated for an appointment with a marketing company. Finally went back to the shop and had a meeting with my sister at 07.00 pm. Landed at home around 8.30 pm. Wow!!! what a fun day!!!

From Day After Day

I once post this picture on facebook, posting that he will be my lunch. Resulting some offensive feedbacks from most animal lovers. (You know it was just a joke).

This rabbit belongs to the food shop owner. Below a dorm near to mine. It is so cute i always take a picture of him when having a chance. 

The reason why I think of this picture is maybe because i feel like him in this time.

I feel like i'm always in a hurry in life. Each day I travel a lot. always rushing.

Trying to do my best to earn money for my family. Not like i don't love my family i would do everything for them but just that i frequently ask myself am i doing the right thing or moving towards light? 

Or i'm just a nonsense chained rabbit hopping around. 

Back to blogging after a super busy month.

It had been such a long time since i wrote something on my blog. Yes I can speak to myself that i have been busy but the truth is i have been a little lazy also.

I also at last got a high speed internet at home. I was very humiliated when everyone knew how remote my house was. One of my friends pointed out a interesting topic. He said in the near future the wealth and economic indicator will be the access to high speed internet. Good point i have to agree with.

The pass few weeks has been very hard for me. I got some new buyer for chili and getting things started is always been frustrated.

Doing business in the fresh produce business is like trading stocks, fast both volume and price the only worst thing is your produce can perish.

But just have to leave with it. That is life, i have things to take care, responsibility and just can't throw them away. Isn't that life???????
